We're expanding our US production team and hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to join us remotely from Colombia.

The Role
You'll own the visual side of our social media content production, working closely with our Operations and Account Manager, Social Media Manager, Creative Director, and alongside our Video Editor. This is a full-time, dedicated position with a consistent monthly salary. We're looking for a designer with strong graphic design and retouching fundamentals who is also comfortable working with AI creative tools, which are a significant and growing part of how we produce content.

What You'll Be Working On

• Social media graphic design: carousels, branded posts, stories, and content with text overlays, logos, and graphic elements
• Photo retouching and image elevation (taking average-quality photos and making them look premium)
• Maintaining brand consistency across all visual output for multiple clients (colors, typography, logo usage, visual tone)
• Working with existing brand assets (logos, brand books, design systems) to create on-brand marketing content
• AI-generated and AI-enhanced visuals for social media (style transfers, AI-powered image generation, concept visuals, and more)
• AI keyframes for video content: generating keyframe images and visual concepts that our Video Editor turns into finished videos (you produce the frames, not the edited videos)

What We Need From You

• Solid graphic design skills and a strong eye for layout, typography, and composition. This is the core of the role
• Strong photo retouching and image editing
• A strong eye for brand consistency: you understand that every visual asset for a client must align with their brand identity
• Fast, reliable turnaround
• Proactive and self-driven, with the confidence to bring ideas to the table
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily communication
• Availability during US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) working hours, or significant overlap with them

Strongly Preferred (A Big Plus)

• Comfortable using AI creative tools as part of your workflow, such as ChatGPT (image generation), Google's Nano Banana, Higgsfield, and Midjourney. Bonus if you pick up new tools quickly as the space evolves. This is a real part of the role and will set you apart
• Understanding of AI video workflows (keyframe generation, image-to-video, style transfer)
• Genuine interest in the AI creative space: you follow it, try new tools, and bring what you learn into the work

What We Offer

• $1,000 - $1,200 USD/month salary, paid monthly. The COP figure shown in this listing is an approximate equivalent at current exchange rates; pay is anchored in USD
• Full-time, dedicated remote position (not project-based or freelance)
