Oboya Horticulture Industries Limited is seeking a highly experienced and result driven Horticulture Sales professionals to join our team. This position requires a sales professional with a proven track record in horticulture supplies sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Horticulture supplies sector.

- Engage with potential clients and maintain strong relationships to drive sales growth.

- Manage the sales process from order tracking and CRM updates to delivery and after-sales service.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in horticulture sales or agribusiness.

- Fluency in English is required.

- Valid driving license.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and tracking sales orders.

Additional Information:

- Compensation includes a competitive salary plus commissions.
