Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The Deployment Lead – Marketing is responsible for leading the successful delivery and deployment of high-value, high-impact marketing digital initiatives across the Andean Region (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela). This role acts as a strategic partner between Marketing, Data & Analytics, Global Teams, Local Teams and external vendors to drive digital transformation and enable business growth through technology and innovation.

The position requires strong expertise in project management, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management, ensuring that marketing solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business value.


Your Impact

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and deployment of strategic Marketing projects, from ideation and business case definition through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance marketing capabilities, customer engagement, data-driven decision-making, automation, and omnichannel experiences.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Own project estimation processes, including effort, cost, timeline, resource requirements, and vendor proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with regional and global stakeholders, providing regular updates and executive-level communications on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead governance activities, including project reviews, status reporting, escalation management, and decision-making forums.
  • Drive organizational change management and user adoption activities to maximize the value and utilization of new solutions.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption metrics, and business benefits associated with deployed solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement across Marketing operations and technology capabilities.
  • Coordinate internal and external delivery teams to ensure effective execution and achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and digital transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience managing project estimations, financial planning, business cases, and budget tracking.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, CRM platforms, analytics, digital channels, customer engagement solutions, and automation platforms.
  • Experience working with regional and global stakeholders in matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
