We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support agile delivery by translating client needs into clear, actionable requirements and facilitating collaboration across a Scrum team. You will help shape product scope, document BA artifacts, and contribute to a smooth delivery process. Apply to join us.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and clarify requirements with clients and internal stakeholders
• Document BA artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog with the team and stakeholders
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective team communication
• Validate requirements by partnering with QA and development during delivery
• Support scope alignment by identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks early
• Estimate effort with the team by contributing analysis inputs and assumptions

Requirements

• 1+ years of business analysis experience in agile software delivery
• Knowledge of BA artifacts documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)
• Understanding of Generative AI Fundamentals and practical use in analysis tasks
• Basic Scrum knowledge and experience working in Scrum ceremonies
• Basic requirements elicitation skills and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

• Effort estimation experience
• NDC / New Distribution Capability knowledge
• One-Order domain experience
