We are looking for a skilled and driven Financial Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will focus on interpreting financial data, delivering meaningful insights, and supporting critical business decisions. Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Present financial insights and progress updates to the Leadership Team on a recurring basis
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives and financial strategies
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure precise financial planning
• Create financial models and design deal structures that deliver value for the organization and its clients
• Enhance and automate reporting workflows and processes to improve overall efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including creating charts, utilizing PivotTables, and analyzing complex datasets
• Experience with financial analysis techniques and tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in preparing presentations using PowerPoint to communicate financial findings
• Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or VBA for advanced data analysis and reporting
• Experience with industry-specific financial strategies and metrics to drive organizational growth
