Job Description:
As an Outbound Lead Specialist, you will be at the forefront of generating and nurturing high-quality leads for our sales team. Your role will involve researching, engaging, and qualifying B2B prospects through various outbound methods, ensuring our sales pipeline is filled with promising opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to build a robust prospect list.
- Conduct outbound outreach through emails, social media, and phone calls to engage potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Craft personalized messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Continuously track and report on outreach efforts and lead conversion metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to research and identify high-potential prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
