We are two real estate investors from the US with a unique exit strategy—**CrewHousing.** Unlike traditional real estate investors, we specialize in providing furnished accommodations for traveling construction crews. Our portfolio consists of **multifamily properties** and **mid-term rentals** across several U.S. markets, offering long-term stays ranging from **1 to 8+ months**.

As we scale, we are looking for an **experienced CFO** with a deep understanding of **real estate finance, portfolio management, and strategic growth** to help us optimize our financial operations and position the company for long-term success.

## **Your Role**

As our **Chief Financial Officer**, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our investment portfolio, driving profitability, and implementing financial systems that support our growth. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to develop financial strategies, manage risk, and ensure **strong cash flow management** across multiple properties and markets.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Strategy & Planning:** Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, maximize ROI, and support business growth.

**Investment & Portfolio Analysis:** Oversee financial modeling for property acquisitions, refinancing, and exit strategies.

**Budgeting & Forecasting:** Create detailed financial forecasts, manage budgets, and track KPIs to ensure profitability.

**Accounting & Reporting:** Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliation of financials across multiple properties and entities.

**Capital Management:** Assist in securing financing, working with lenders, and optimizing capital structures for new deals.

**Risk Management:** Identify financial risks, oversee tax strategies, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.

**Operational Efficiency:** Work with leadership to implement systems, streamline expenses, and improve financial processes.

## **What We’re Looking For**

**Finance & Real Estate Expert** – Deep understanding of U.S. real estate financials, acquisitions, and property management.

**5+ Years Experience** – Proven track record as a CFO, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role in **real estate investment, private equity, or property management**.

**Accounting & Financial Analysis** – Proficiency in **financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, GAAP accounting, and tax structuring**.

**Tech-Savvy** – Experience with **property management software, financial reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets**.

**Strategic Thinker** – Ability to analyze complex financials, identify growth opportunities, and advise on business decisions.

**Strong Communicator** – Comfortable working with investors, lenders, and internal teams to drive financial success.
