Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Rate per hour: $4

Full-Time Salary: 640usd.

Part-Time Salary: 320usd

Key requirements:

1. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

2. Availability between 1pm and 12am EST. (Eastern time)

3. Availability during weekends

3. Prior Customer Service Experience

4. Prior Bilingual Call Center Experience is a plus.

5. Excellent phone etiquette

6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

6. Maintain a call average of at least 7 calls per hour during the initial adaptation period.

7. After the adjustment phase, maintain a minimum of 10 calls per hour.

8. Administrative experience is a PLUS

Exceeding the minimum goal is encouraged, and those consistently achieving an average of 11 calls per hour or more, while meeting quality control standards, will have access to our lucrative incentive programs.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Flexible overnight shifts of 4, 6 and 8 hours, from 2pm to 12am EST;
• Weekends shifts.
• The hourly rate is USD 4 per hour (with potential raises).
• Training sessions are paid.
