Wave House Cleaning is seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Office Assistant to join our remote team. This role involves coordinating dispatch, managing client services, and supporting tasks in scheduling, onboarding, and billing for cleaners. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in customer service, dispatch, and team coordination.

Job Details:

  • Salary: $864 USD/month
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Availability: Must be available for major holidays and weekends as needed.
  • Location: Remote, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Work Hours: Ranging from 7 AM to 7 PM PDT

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch cleaning jobs, ensuring teams are effectively assigned and dispatched.
  • Manage client scheduling and respond to service requests promptly.
  • Provide high-quality customer service through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and maintain clear, ongoing communication with new team members.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring all transactions are accurate and completed on time.
  • Address inquiries related to property management and cleaning services for residential, commercial, vacation rental, and business office clients.

Requirements:

  • Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. (Candidates must demonstrate strong bilingual communication skills.)
  • Experience: Solid background in customer service, dispatch, and team coordination. Experience with scheduling, customer service, or team management in the cleaning industry or property management is highly preferred.
  • Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable internet and an updated computer capable of multitasking.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to managing and coordinating tasks.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home office.
  • Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
