Virtual Back-Office Assistant for Pain Management Institute
We are seeking a proficient and experienced Virtual Back-Office Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update documents using Google Suite.

• Make and receive calls with patients, ensuring excellent communication and professionalism.

• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Comfortable with calling patients and handling sensitive information.

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role or related field.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
