Our head office is located in Germany and we are looking for a motivated colleague abroad to serve our German and En/SP speaking clients in the LATAM area.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the customer care you help with the repatriation of patients back home;
  • Calculation, booking and organization of aircraft operations in the air ambulance and private customer sector worldwide;
  • Work in a highly exciting environment with daily interesting projects and new challenges;
  • Providing independent consultation and support to customers;
  • Holistic, independent order processing (conception, planning, realization);
  • Building and expanding a new partner network;
  • Market observation and competitive analysis;
  • Multilingual project responsibility in sales management.

Requirements

  • You are patient, resilient, adaptable and working under high pressure is no problem for you;
  • High proficiency/native level German and/or English/Spanish;
  • A sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team;
  • Great communication skills, assertive and persuasive;
  • Experience abroad;
  • High level of motivation;
  • Thorough working method;
  • International affinity;
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends;
  • Have an attention to details;
  • Effective time management skills.
