Based in Germany, we are expanding our international sales team and are looking for a Remote Sales Executive to support our German- and English/Spanish-speaking clients across LATAM.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a key contact in customer care, assisting in the repatriation of patients back to their home countries
  • Organize, book, and coordinate air ambulance and private charter flights worldwide
  • Take ownership of complex international projects — every day brings something new
  • Provide expert client consultation and support
  • Independently manage projects from initial inquiry to final delivery
  • Help grow and maintain a strong partner and supplier network
  • Monitor trends and contribute to market analysis and strategy
  • Take on multilingual sales responsibilities within an agile, cross-cultural team

What You Bring:

  • High-level fluency/native speaker in German, with strong skills in English and/or Spanish
  • Excellent communication: confident, persuasive, and empathetic
  • Calm under pressure – you stay focused and flexible in high-stress situations
  • Experience living or working abroad
  • You're team-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • International mindset and passion for cross-border collaboration
  • Comfortable with shifts and weekend work, as part of a global operation
