About Us

Barcode Hero is a leader in barcode solutions and labeling technology, providing top-tier products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to assist our customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and general technical inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers experiencing issues with our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware, barcode scanners, printers, or software.
  • Guide customers through installations, configurations, and best practices for product use.
  • Document support cases and solutions to enhance knowledge base and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and maintenance best practices.
  • Assist with software licensing inquiries, including activation and renewal.

Qualifications

  • Fluent, native, or near-native English proficiency is required
  • Experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with relevant software, e.g., [BarTender, WMS systems, printers, barcode scanners] is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with barcode scanners, label printers, and warehouse management systems
