We're Hiring: Ruby on Rails Developer at Tesote Technologies!

Tesote specializes in connecting businesses with financial data through sophisticated bank integrations. Our Rails platform enables seamless bank connectivity and data aggregation, powering critical financial workflows for our clients. Think Plaid, but with an end user product that powers some of the largest companies in the region.

Interview Process:

• 30-Min Zoom with our CTO
• Ruby on Rails / Web agent take home project (2 week limit)
• Pairing session

What You'll Do:

• We're seeking a Ruby on Rails developer with 2+ years of experience to join our integrations team.
• You'll work on building and maintaining bank integrations using various methods including APIs, browser automation, and custom agents.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Rails development and financial systems integration.

About You:

• 2+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong understanding of Ruby and Rails best practices
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Comfortable working with browser automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
• Solid understanding of HTTP, web services, and modern web technologies
• You are a problem solver, you are used to building tools/scripts to make your own life easier
• Must be able to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
• Interest in reverse engineering, fintech, and API exploration

Nice to Have:

• Dev ops: Linux, docker
• Bilingual Ability: Spanish proficiency is a plus!
