Job Title: Client Care Specialist

Job Overview:

The Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

This position will start of remote and move to a full time in office position we will only consider candidates that live in Medellin

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or chat
• Provide accurate information about their case
• Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client support.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, confidentiality, and quality assurance.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., response times, customer satisfaction scores).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the legal field, medical field or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with cloud based phone systems.
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish and be able to speak and write both fluently

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9-5 pm days can vary

Salary :

$3,200,000 COP
