What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (B2 & up) and a positive attitude towards problem-solving and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
• Manage and resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Record and follow up on customer interactions in our system.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 & up), both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems.
