We are seeking a Solution Architect who can translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and well-structured technical solutions. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, leading solution design from discovery through implementation.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with a consultative mindset, ensuring solutions align with business goals, integration constraints, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery sessions to understand business objectives, functional requirements, and technical constraints.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures, including system integrations, data flows, and deployment models.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and architectural documentation.
• Define integration strategies with internal and external systems using APIs, data pipelines, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful implementation.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation, resolving design challenges and trade-offs.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support stakeholders with technical explanations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture reviews.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design standards, patterns, and best practices.

RequirementsExperience & Background

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or senior engineering roles.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade, cloud-based solutions.
• Strong background working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting implementations from pre-sales or discovery through delivery.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience designing API-based integrations, data exchanges, and system interoperability.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with data models, data flows, and analytics or reporting integrations.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and architecture artifacts.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
