100% Remote | $2,000–$6,000+ USD/Month Potential
Home Offers America is hiring aggressive, motivated Sales Closers in Colombia to negotiate and close real estate deals with homeowners throughout the United States.
This is a 100% phone sales position and 100% commission to start.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with U.S. homeowners by phone
- Build rapport and identify seller motivation
- Make and negotiate real estate offers
- Handle objections and follow up with leads
- Close deals and get contracts signed
- Manage your sales pipeline
Who We Want
- Fluent English REQUIRED
- Strong phone communication skills
- Confident negotiator and closer
- Competitive, persistent, and motivated by money
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
- Previous phone sales or closing experience preferred
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
100% Straight Commission to Start
Good closers can realistically earn:
$2,000–$6,000+ USD per month
There is no cap on commissions.
Prove yourself through strong performance, consistency, and results, and you may be offered a salary + commission position.
