The Mission
WinIt is on a tear. We have already helped hundreds of thousands of drivers manage and dismiss millions of dollars in tickets, and right now, we are in a phase of aggressive expansion. We aren’t just an app; we are the legaltech shield for the everyday driver.
We are looking for a high-octane Growth & Operations to work directly with top management. This isn’t a "sit back and watch" role. You will be in the room, on the calls, and behind the dashboard for every major project moving the needle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Growth & Marketing: Executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, analyzing funnel performance, and finding new ways to scale WinIt’s user base.
• Operations & Finance: Managing financial tracking, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring our expansion efforts are profitable and data-backed.
• Special Projects: Taking high-level strategic ideas from leadership and turning them into fully operational workflows.
• Rapid Context-Switching: Mastering the art of the "pivot." You can switch from a marketing brainstorm to a financial audit without losing a beat.
