Operations Support Analyst (Data & Platforms) – Medellín
Salary: $4,000,000 – $4,500,000 COP
Location: Medellín (On-site)

What you’ll be doing
- Own and improve operational processes across Leads, Collections, Revenue, and Support
- Turn data into insights using Excel/Sheets, SQL, Power BI or Tableau
- Monitor real-time performance and platform health to keep operations running smoothly
- Troubleshoot backend tools (APIs, payment systems, internal platforms)
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support decision-making
- Work closely with teams like Finance, QA, and Security to solve operational challenges
- Jump into different projects — this role requires someone hands-on and adaptable
What we’re looking for
- Advanced English (C1) — you’ll work with global teams
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (must-have)
- Working knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Experience in operations, BPO, or fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset + problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Background working with QA, Finance, or Security teams
- Knowledge of project management tools or frameworks

Before applying

You should have at least 2+ years of experience with spreadsheets
Experience in BPO/contact centers is highly valued
