JD : Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to join a locksmith company. The ideal candidate will manage office communications, dispatch locksmiths in the field, and assist in maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves handling emails, phone calls, dispatch software, and quoting jobs. The Office Manager will be instrumental in keeping our team of four locksmiths organized and productive.

Key Responsibilities: Email and Work Order Management: Monitor and manage incoming emails, work orders, and client inquiries. Dispatch Coordination: Utilize dispatch software to assign jobs, track field locksmiths, and ensure they remain organized and on task.

Quoting & Estimates: Provide accurate quotes to customers based on the service requirements. Jabber Software Management: Utilize Jabber for instant messaging and communication between team members.
Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle customer calls, schedule services, and manage inquiries professionally. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in managing tasks using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, providing customer support and coordination in both languages.

Qualifications: Proven experience in office management, dispatch, or a related administrative role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish (bilingual is required). Familiarity with dispatch software or experience in coordinating field staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Jabber or similar desktop communication software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
