We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React, TypeScript, and backend development to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. If you're passionate about building scalable applications and working across the stack, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript on the front end.
• Design and implement robust backend solutions using Node.js, Express, NestJS, or other relevant frameworks.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create intuitive and high-quality solutions.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in both front-end and back-end applications.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
• Experience with API development (RESTful and GraphQL).
• Proficiency in Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have (Pluses, but Not Required)

• Experience with Atlassian Forge for custom integrations and applications.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Supertest.
