Intern Global Talent Brand role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of enterprise Employment Brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities that position Sutherland as an employer of choice and distinguish us in the market. This position is focused on continuously improving our presence in the talent market and coordinating our employer brand strategy initiatives with our Talent Attraction leaders for each geography.

• Support the Talent Brand task on Geo

• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design.
• Experience in employer branding, brand marketing, reputation management.
• Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations. A thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs, and a clear vision of how to measure performance and success with a focus on high-volume and specialty recruiting.
• Experience in developing and implementing content and talent attraction strategies in fast-paced, high-velocity recruiting organizations.
• The ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels.
• A demonstrated mastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experience improvement.
• Experience translating the activities of their team into measurable business results that clearly contribute to the bottom line of the organization
