We are looking for an Intake Specialists to support clients through the intake process. This client-facing role involves screening potential clients, qualifying leads, and fostering strong relationships to ensure seamless case transitions.
Previous experience in Customer Service is valid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Screening & Qualification: Conduct intake calls, gather essential details, and assess service eligibility.
- Closing Deals: Convert leads into cases using persuasive communication and sales tactics.
- Patient Retention: Address concerns, enhance satisfaction, and promote continued engagement.
- Problem-Solving & Case Support: Identify obstacles and collaborate on process improvements.
- Administrative Support: Manage data entry, documentation, and intake communications.
