Job Overview:
As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that our clients rely on. You'll use your fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and provide top-tier assistance. From managing appointments to cold calling potential leads, you'll play a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Use your outgoing personality to engage with social media leads and potential patients.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Go High Level software proficiently to streamline tasks and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Go High Level software preferred.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with potential clients.

Schedule:
This position is Part- time, with hours on Saturday and Sunday 9-6pm PST.
