Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate design discussions between the Senior Software Engineer and the Development Team.
• Lead all Daily Scrum meetings and manage the Scrum process.
• Remove obstacles to ensure the team can work efficiently.
• Apply Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Coach and support the Development of Agile methodologies.
• Identify and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor team progress and performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize product demonstrations and make sure testing processes are being carried out.
• Ensure effective use of collaborative processes and address impediments.
• Provide periodic project updates to the COO and Senior Software Engineer (CEO).
• Attend and schedule meetings with clients.
• Client facing, you will be responsible for providing weekly updates on development to the client & next steps
• Client-facing, acquire important information from clients necessary for development.
• Work at the start of projects with the product owner to create Github Projects, story points and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on enhancements and the product roadmap.
• Apply Kanban practices and the concept of flow in Github.

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• ONLY 2 to 4 years' experience as Scrum Master for I.T. / Technical Projects
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent leadership skills
• Experience using Github to manage source code.
• Experience using Jira or Github Projects
• Commitment to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing tools and methods that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Requirements

• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Desired).
• Good knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, Express.js.
• Good knowledge in APIs
• Good knowledge PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
• Knowledge on Figma and Sass
• Certified Scrum Master
