Customer Service Representative – Remote (Miami-Based Company)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Custom Doors, a luxury door manufacturer based in Miami. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, organization, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders and delivery timelines.
• Collect customer feedback and reviews once services are completed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding support and assistance throughout their post-purchase experience.
• Assist customers with any post-sales issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Requirements:

• Must have a university degree.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on post-sales support.
• Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track daily tasks and customer interactions.
• Calm demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong initiative and a customer-centric mindset.
