Position: Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
We are a dynamic logistics company committed to providing exceptional vehicle transportation services. We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the car hauling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media. Build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and offer solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the client and the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and logistics capabilities. Effectively communicate the benefits and features to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with the operations team to enhance service offerings. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in logistics and sales techniques. Participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • A High School Diploma is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is not mandatory but is an advantageous asset. Preferred fields include International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finance, Logistics, or related disciplines.
  • Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics sector, with a focus on sales, cold calling, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with a preference for candidates possessing B2+ or C1 level skills.
