Position Overview:

• Foster long-term relationships with clients(contractors)
• Understand the client's needs
• Evaluate resumes and applicants
• Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
• Provide advice to clients
• Write job ads
• Meet with clients weekly to go over the recruitment campaign on zoom
• Reading and interpreting the Wimbush assessment as it applies to the applicant and the position
• Relay relevant information to the recruiting team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar position
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and the responsibilities of different roles within it.
• Understanding of sources and recruiting techniques
• Customer service skills
• Computer savvy
• Outstanding communication ability
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organized
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms.
• Very proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, & Microsoft Office.
• Sound judgment
• BSc/BA in Human Resources or other related field is a plus
• Understanding the construction industry is a plus
• Must speak and understand English well

Compensation:

• Fully remote position
• Rate of Pay: $7-$10/hour US Dollars includes UpWork fees
• Part-time to full-time work dependent on the number of current clients
