We are looking for an exceptional Digital Project Manager to join our team, where you will collaborate with product managers, marketers, engineers, designers, and industry experts. Leveraging agile methodologies, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our clients' digital marketing and communication strategies.
As a Digital Project Manager on the Digital Polygon team, you will help shape our processes and deliver outstanding results for our clients. Your expertise in project management, marketing, and web development will be crucial in driving customer value and achieving business outcomes.

Specific Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Successfully manage marketing projects within a Scrum/Agile framework.
- Collaborate Effectively: Interface with product owners, designers, and marketers to translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements while recommending effective solutions.
- Project Management: Serve as the primary contact for scheduling and managing marketing and web development projects.
- Resource Management: Oversee a global cross-functional team communication and daily stand-ups to ensure progress between design and development teams.
- Promote Consistency: Advocate for CX/UX/UI consistency across all web properties.
- Marketing Knowledge: Leverage a strong digital marketing background, focusing on content strategy, creation, and optimization.
- Integrate Objectives: Seamlessly integrate marketing goals into project planning and execution.

- Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or Drupal for content strategy and management.
- SEO and SEM: Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) for content optimization and keyword research. Familiarity in managing SEM campaigns and understanding PPC strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration Tools: Proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for team communication and collaboration. Familiarity with shared documentation tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.
- Design and Prototyping Tools: Basic understanding of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma for collaboration with design teams.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) for presenting marketing insights.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, including the measurement, tracking, and reporting of relevant project metrics.
- Quality Assurance Monitoring: Experience in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies for testing digital marketing assets and website functionality.
- Customer Feedback Management: Ability to track, measure, and analyze CSAT and NPS scores to gauge customer sentiment.
- Understanding of Various compliances: Data Privacy & Security Compliance, Web Accessibility, Ethical and Responsible use of AI
