POSITION: LOGISTICS OPERATIONS (AIR AND SEA)

JOB OBJECTIVE

Develop and achieve customer satisfaction objectives based on the offerings made by the Commercial department and according to the definitions of reliability, security, efficiency, information, and profitability established in the specific processes of the department. Coordinate with other company departments the necessary tasks to successfully complete the operations and procedures of the area.

MAIN FUNCTION

Plan, organize, direct, and control operational processes in compliance with the standards and laws required for operations, ensuring that the necessary information is provided to clients. Safeguard the company’s assets and maintain the productivity of the department by appropriately allocating available resources.

Ensure that the FTC representative before the primary TSA complies with regulations and keeps mandatory records up to date as required by this entity.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

• Organize, motivate, and train the operations team in following procedures, meeting goals and objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Lead, train, and provide the necessary tools to the operations team to ensure a coordinated, responsible, punctual, and efficient service.
• Implement a performance evaluation system for the department based on the guidelines provided by company management.
• Plan and oversee the functions of the Operations department staff, ensuring an equitable distribution of workload.
• Filter and review instructions received from the Commercial, Pricing, and Inside Sales departments, verifying that the information provided for operations is consistent.

Salary Compensation: 3.000.000 - 5.000.000 COP
