We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Power BI Analyst to enhance our financial and operational reporting. This role will be responsible for developing data models, analyzing key performance metrics, and creating insightful dashboards to support decision-making across the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI & Data Analysis

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and databases to support reporting and analysis needs.
• Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to track financial and operational performance.
• Work closely with the team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate, actionable insights.

Performance & Financial Analysis

• Analyze trends related to income, expenses, asset utilization, occupancy, and vacancy rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
• Support financial planning by developing forecasting models and analyzing historical data.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support business decisions.
• Review and refine financial and operational assumptions used in reports and dashboards.
• Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (required).
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence (required).
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and DAX functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise property management software (e.g., RentManager, Yardi) is a plus but not required.
