Location: Remote
Salary: $24,000 - $30,000 USD per year + Monthly Bonuses (1st year OTE up to $50k+ USD)
Benefits: Monthly bonuses (up to $2k USD), profit-sharing incentives, workspace & internet stipend
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: M-F 9 AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time – as needed to meet with clients
Travel: Minimum of 2+ trade shows in the US annually (Ability to travel to the US required)

[REMOTE] Sales Manager (Merchant Services Sales exp req) Description
Our client, a leading provider of ISP payment solutions, is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join their team and drive growth in the ISP and telecom industries. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in expanding the reach of innovative merchant services and payment processing solutions to a global market. Your primary responsibility will be to increase revenue by upselling advanced payment tools, including eCheck processing, SMS invoicing, QuickBooks integrations, and account updater features. Additionally, you will oversee merchant onboarding, payment migrations, and PCI-compliant processes to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about technology, and have proven merchant services or payment processing systems sales experience. With cutting-edge sales tools, profit-sharing incentives, and opportunities for international travel to trade shows, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career, compensation, and make an impact on the global ISP and payments industry.
[REMOTE] Sales Manager (Merchant Services Sales exp req) Responsibilities
- Perform direct sales and upsell payment solutions, maximizing revenue opportunities
- Develop and implement a scalable sales framework that drives both growth and efficiency
- Oversee merchant onboarding, migrations, and PCI-compliant payment setups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and service adoption
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns promoting payment solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on payment solutions, including advanced features
- Partner with Customer Success to address technical inquiries and integrations
- Lead weekly sessions to refine sales and payment-related processes
- Monitor market trends to refine strategies and inform product innovation
- Scale operations by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of proven merchant services sales experience required
- Strong technology or SaaS sales experience required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
