Healthcare Recruiter (Bilingual)

Location: Medellín, Colombia.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Salary: 5.500.000 + commissions in USD (commissions are included as part of the base salary with benefits).

Responsabilities:

• Identify and attract talent for roles in the U.S. healthcare market (doctors, nurses, clinical staff, etc.).
• Implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Deliver excellent experience for both candidates and internal clients.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and manage a solid pipeline of potential candidates for key healthcare roles.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of the healthcare field and medical profiles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Interest in learning and developing professionally in recruitment.
• A proactive, energetic personality driven by results and success in commission-based models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related fields or similar.
• Advanced English level (B2-C1).
