Job Description

Position Title: Operation Strategy Intern (aprendiz universitario) – Operations Department (Remote-Colombia)

Language (s): All applicants must speak fluent English - Any other language is a plus

Contract Type:                 Apprenticeship contract

Equipment required:     Computer 8GB RAM / Windows 10 or later / Internet speed 30 MB

Job Start Date: Immediate

Location: Fully Remote

Country: Colombia

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US CST Monday to Friday

Flexible schedule based on business needs

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Financial support:                              1.500.000 COP + ARL + Health Insurance + 140.000 COP (Connectivity economic support)

What we expect from you:

  • Be a university student, in your last year, preferably in business administration, operations management or anything related
  • Ability to speak fluently and write clearly in English
  • Capacity to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment, with frequent interactions, multi-tasking and tight deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Ability to establish rapport, ask questions, listen, and redirect conversations
  • Ability to learn and grow with our organization
  • Good time management skills
  • Demonstrate behaviors reflecting our policies.

Non-Exhaustive List of Tasks:

  • Build, update/maintain and assist with dialer operations.
  • Evaluate the reporting tools and delivery.
  • Monitoring agents in a dialer setting
  • Being able to click through dialer campaigns for several hours.
  • Adjust dialer and agent settings
  • Analyze the use of reports and its functionality
