TCLO office is on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who can bring the right mix of creativity, leadership, and tactical genius to boost our brand and secure more sales. Get ready to lead a dynamic team, craft killer campaigns, and make some serious waves in the marketing world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on T Visas and other services. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, ensuring they connect emotionally with target audiences and achieve performance goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct monthly performance audits on underperforming ads, adjusting visuals, text, and creative elements to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and the marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with broader goals. Promptly communicate any adjustments or needs based on campaign performance.
  • Geographical Targeting: Ensure T Visa and related ads are targeted locally in key areas (San Diego, San Marcos, California) and in specific states such as Wisconsin and Nebraska.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of marketing trends to suggest and implement fresh, creative ideas that push our campaigns forward.
  • Content Coordination: Oversee the creation of marketing content that aligns with campaign strategies across platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and more.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Leadership: Mentor and lead the marketing team, keeping morale high and ensuring top-quality performance across the board.
  • External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners to expand our reach and enhance collaboration opportunities.
  • Day-to-Day Adventures: Campaign Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews and updates of all running ads, ensuring ongoing optimization.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate with the creative team to develop new content ideas, testing different formats and emotional approaches to boost engagement, run constant A/B testing in different platforms
  • Analytics Deep-Dive: Use data insights to inform decisions, analyzing what’s working and what’s not across various campaigns.
  • Strategic Adjustments: Be ready to pivot quickly, making data-driven decisions to refine campaigns as needed.
  • Budget Oversight: Balance the marketing budget, ensuring every dollar is spent efficiently and wisely.

  • Analytics & Insights: Dive deep into the data pool, tracking metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions. Use these insights to fine-tune our social strategies.
  • Brand Awareness: Ensure that our brand voice is consistent, vibrant, and impossible to ignore in the crowded digital space.
