In addition to our digital signage services, we offer two SaaS products tailored specifically for salons and restaurants. We’ve seen incredible growth, and now we need a dynamic, experienced individual to help us take things to the next level!

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist to help us expand our reach, close sales, and train a team of salespeople. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals with potential clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape and mentor our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Contact leads, schedule Zoom meetings, and effectively sell our products and services to potential clients.

Lead Generation: Work with our marketing team to follow up on inbound leads, qualify them, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Team Leadership: Train, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Engagement: Understand the needs of potential clients, deliver tailored presentations, and offer solutions that align with their business goals.

Reporting & Strategy: Track sales progress, provide feedback, and help refine our sales strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably in the digital signage, SaaS, or tech industry.

Strong Closing Skills: Ability to turn leads into customers quickly and effectively, ideally with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Qualities: Experience training and managing a sales team, with a focus on performance and growth.

Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients via Zoom or phone.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and understanding of SaaS products.

Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
