RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managing logistics projects from start to finish

· Thoroughly scoping and planning new projects with clearly defined requirements

· Identifying and matching vendors to projects based on those requirements

· Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other service providers

· Keeping clients up to date on project status, potential delays, shipment tracking, etc.

· Staying current on customer needs and proactively looking for new business opportunities, bringing in the sales team for support as necessary

· Responding quickly to inbound customer requests

· Correctly entering information into our TMS and WMS

· Monitoring and tracking inventory in our WMS

· Auditing invoices from vendors for errors and conformity to contract requirements

· Accurately collecting, storing, and managing records

· Escalating issues to management as appropriate

· Providing suggestions for improvements to management

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 2 years of related logistics coordinator or customer service experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience working with Load Board

· Experience working with inventory management systems

· A strong team player with good communication and customer service skills
