You’ve got 3+ years of experience under your belt, love being the go-to person, and can switch between talking strategy with a client and syncing up with the creative team — all before your second coffee. You’re a confident communicator in both English and Spanish, naturally organized, and not afraid to take initiative when something needs to get done.
If you’ve got marketing experience too? You’re basically already our favorite.
What You´ll Be Handling:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our U.S.-based clients. You're their main point of contact and trusted partner
- Host regular check-ins with both clients and internal teams to ensure goals, timelines, and expectations are crystal clear
- Keep CRM tools up to date
- Help recruit and interview candidates for client roles, acting as a key filter before final client interviews
- Stay one step ahead of problems, timelines, and scope creep (aka your project management radar is always on)
- Keep the vibe positive, the communication flowing, and the work on point
What We´re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services (preferably in a creative or marketing agency)
- Strong verbal and written English skills. You're fluent and confident in client meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — people just get you
- Leadership mindset and team coordination experience
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Experience with CRMs
- Comfortable conducting interviews and representing the agency in talent conversations
- Proactive, positive attitude, no hand-holding needed
