As a Import/Export Specialist , you will managing a small, dynamic team and ensuring the seamless execution of our logistics processes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Supervise and lead the operations team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process, including shipment planning, documentation, and tracking.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service quality.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered
• Experience: at least 2 years on handling of International Air/Ocean, Import/Export of US Freight Forwarding operations.

• In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding processes, regulations, and documentation. and proficient in using logistics management software and tools.

• Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
• Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
• Location: Remote Only for Bogota, Colombia.
• Salary: $4.800.000
