Job Title: Senior Sales Recruiter (Tech & Startup Focus)
Location: Remote (Preference for experience recruiting in South Africa or LATAM)

The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for sales roles including SDRs, Closers, and Account Managers. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based founders and sales leaders to identify, attract, and secure top candidates—primarily from South Africa and LATAM. You’ll also have the opportunity to support recruiting for other key functions like marketing, operations, and customer success as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified SDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers
  • Collaborate directly with U.S. founders and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements
  • Screen candidates for English fluency, sales ability, culture fit, and remote-readiness
  • Manage scheduling, interview prep, client updates, feedback loops, and offers
  • Occasionally assist with recruiting for other go-to-market and operational roles
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5+ years of experience recruiting sales roles in tech/startup environments
  • Proven success placing SDRs, closers, and account managers into U.S.-based companies
  • Strong sourcing experience in South Africa and/or Latin America
  • Skilled in remote recruiting and familiar with tools like Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS platforms
  • Bonus points if you have experience recruiting for roles beyond sales (e.g., marketing, operations, support)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
