We have immediate openings for Remote Legal Assistants to join our team.
Relevant experience in legal or office settings is a must.

This position deals with people going through lawsuits due to injury from work - empathy and caring for your fellow human beings is essential to the success of the position. Must be accountable, responsible and take ownership over their work and the quality of their work. Must be willing to learn new things - or old things in a new way. Must have a great attitude and be a positive person at all times. Be calm and focused.
The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:
- Client communication via phone, text and email (online)
- Scheduling medical and court appointments
- Maintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case Manager
- Drafting and Proofreading general correspondence and court documents
This position is very busy and Legal Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys and court personnel. You must be reliable, punctual, have a great attitude and able to start immediately.
