We are a European company headquartered in Spain, operating on the Caribbean beaches of 5-star hotels. Our dive centers are located in Mexico (Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, the Dominican Republic (Bávaro-Punta Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata), and Jamaica (Montego Bay).

With over 30 years of experience, we have been training divers of all levels, offering high-quality recreational diving experiences, along with other water sports services.

We are seeking an individual who is fluent speaker in at least two or more languages. English (essential) + one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.

• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Hardworking individuals with a service-oriented mindset, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Diving experience is not necessary, but it is appreciated.

Tasks:

• Attend to customers who approach the Dressel Divers counter.

• Provide them with information about Dressel Divers' services and products based on the customer's needs and preferences as a direct sales agent.

• Administration duties.

• Reception and handling of complaints, claims, and expressions of gratitude.

Requirements:

As for most hotel jobs or tourism careers, English is a must. It is important to have good communication skills. Furthermore, you need to be an enthusiastic, hardworking and service minded individual with good people skills and a backround in sales.

Candidate must arrive to the destination with their own means

What we offer:

Basic salary with a minimum guarantee

Very good sales commissions.

Free breakfast and lunch daily.

Diving is expensive therefore commissions are high and it is not hard to sell at all as customers from hotels attend directly the dive center.

We will provide 2 months free accomodation, that way you can have enough earnings to look for your prefered accomodation set up.

Work conditions:

Working hours are from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM with 45 minutes break for lunch at the hotel where we are located (breakfast and lunch are included daily for free), 5 and a half days per week as it is usual in the tourism industry.
