About Talent Beyond Boundaries

Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is the only organization in the world pioneering labor mobility as a complementary solution to traditional refugee resettlement. We are redefining global systems for millions of skilled refugees by creating pathways to international employment that make use of their skills. These pathways allow refugees to find stability and employers to gain new talent, while reducing the number of dependents on aid worldwide. We have been named pioneers of our field by the UNHCR, IOM, and the governments of Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. To learn more, visit talentbeyondboundaries.org

About the role

Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented team member who is eager to be part of an innovative movement that is driving transformational change for refugees globally. This is a challenging position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable organizational capabilities, and a high level of personal initiative.

TBB has entered into partnerships with employers across the world - including large companies like Deloitte and EY, health providers like the National Health Service in the UK and small businesses - to link displaced refugee professionals with positions in various sectors globally. The Latin America Recruitment Officer will play an integral role in ensuring the successful job recruitment of refugee professionals. The role will liaise directly with the Talent Sourcing Leads in each destination country, as well as the Sr. Global Recruitment Manager to support displaced persons in Latin America to secure and relocate for employment globally
