About the Role

Four Seasons Bogotá – Casa Medina & Calle 85 is seeking a Marketing & Catering Coordinator to join our talented Sales and Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our award-winning team and develop your career with the world's leading luxury hospitality company.

The Sales & Catering Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Managers, Catering & Conference Services Managers, and Directors, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the Sales & Catering process. Additionally, this role ensures that the hotel’s Golden Sales & Catering system meets corporate standards and that all departments use it correctly.

What You Will Do

• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.

• Prepare accurate written correspondence, including letters, contracts, proposals, reports, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), schedules of events, printed menus, and emails.

• Manage the information system, including updating menus, average check details, BEOs, and document templates.

• Generate and analyze reports related to Sales and Catering needs.

• Comply with Four Seasons’ EmPact work rules and standards of conduct.

• Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

• Maintain an inventory of standard department supplies and printed materials.

• Assist clients in the absence of a Sales or Catering Manager, proactively seeking solutions in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Take on responsibilities in the absence of another Catering & Marketing Coordinator .

What You Bring

• University degree, preferably in hospitality or restaurant management.

• Previous experience in restaurant sales or catering.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Legal work authorization for Colombia is required.
