Summary

EDDY Pump Corporation is an innovative leader in engineering and manufacturing high-performance industrial pumps. We specialize in solving the toughest pumping challenges across industries such as oil & gas, mining, dredging, and wastewater. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Service Agent to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by handling customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate support and information to customers.
  • Document and manage customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, in our CRM.
  • Utilize the ERP system to process orders, check inventory, and manage customer data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the management team to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally with specific knowledge of HubSpot and Epicor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
