Job Description


The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a key role in supporting projects and accounts by collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. This support includes facilitating financial management, overseeing project assets and resources, and providing guidance on time, cost, and exception plans.

The PMO must have a strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to access and analyze data, producing accurate, meaningful, and timely reports. These reports include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis, providing valuable insights to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team, including Delivery Managers, Mid/Senior PMO-PPMO, Project Managers, People Development & Recruiting, HR, FP&A, Sales Owners, Accounting, and Legal representatives as needed.
  • Generate and maintain up-to-date project, program, and portfolio reports.
  • Provide administrative support to project boards, project assurance teams, and quality review meetings.
  • Support SOX controls related to the Project Management Office if assigned.
  • Configure methods and tools for efficient use in a known context, including activities such as tool development, process definition, hardware/software setup, customization, testing, and documentation.
  • Create financial reports, from simple to moderately complex, following organizational standards to keep project and cost center managers informed about their areas of responsibility.
  • Utilize financial forecasting and modeling tools to gather and analyze data for accurate forecasting.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a PMO role.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of budget planning and monitoring, including cost management and ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, including cost and forecast comparisons against budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
