Go Carpathian is seeking an exceptional Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. We deliver top-tier financial services to our clients with a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and excellence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to manage client books and financial records. Our team updates client books multiple times monthly, with monthly close requirements by the 10th business day.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records following US GAAP and accrual accounting principles
• Process and reconcile financial transactions across multiple platforms
• Perform monthly closes and prepare financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve financial discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting principles
• Proven experience with financial tools including:
• Payment processors (Stripe, Square)
• Expense management (Ramp, Brex)
• Payroll systems (Gusto, Justworks, Deel, Rippling)
• Accounting platforms (Bill.com, Wave)
• QuickBooks Online and Xero certification
• Demonstrated experience across multiple industry sectors
• Superior critical thinking and financial analysis capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Work Requirements

• Must be available to work in PST or EST time zones (fully remote role)
• Ability to meet strict monthly close deadlines
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client results
