We’re looking for a Data Operations Analyst who is passionate about optimizing sales performance through analytics and is skilled in tools like Excel and Tableau. Key Responsibilities:

• Data-Centric Analysis: Use Excel and Tableau to manage, analyze, and report on sales data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Lead Distribution: Oversee and optimize lead distribution processes, ensuring efficient assignment and tracking to maximize lead conversion.
• Reporting & Insights: Develop, maintain, and enhance sales operations reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and reporting tools, working closely with sales teams to streamline workflows.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide insights and support their initiatives with reliable data.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong skills in Tableau, including report creation, dashboard management, and data visualization.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on details.
• Experience with CRM and lead management systems is a plus.
