Dazzle is Seattle-based, proudly queer-owned, and famous as The Gayest Cleaning Company in America. Wiggle is our sister digital-marketing agency helping home-service brands sparkle online through SEO, paid ads, and killer creative.

We’re scaling fast and need a technical superstar to keep our websites blazing, our data flowing, and our search traffic climbing. If WordPress, GA4, and Zapier are your playgrounds—and you love turning messy funnels into conversion machines—we’d love to meet you.

JOB OVERVIEW

As Tech SEO & Integrations Specialist, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes wizard who:

• Audits, fixes, and future-proofs our WordPress sites (Dazzle, Wiggle, and landing pages).
• Drives technical & on-page SEO so we dominate “maid service Seattle” and “cleaning company marketing” SERPs.
• Builds analytics, tracking, and automation stacks that give us crystal-clear data and zero manual busywork.

You’ll collaborate daily with our content creators and ad buyers, but own the tech layer that makes every campaign measurable and every click count. This is a remote, full-time role based in Cartagena or Medellín with plenty of growth runway as both brands expand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAreaWhat You’ll DoWordPress & Site Health• Manage updates, staging → prod deploys, backups, and security hardening• Build/optimize templates & landing pages (Gutenberg / Elementor / ACF / light PHP)• Hit Core Web Vitals targets (INP, LCP, CLS) and keep accessibility at WCAG 2.2Technical & Local SEO• Run quarterly full-site audits (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sitebulb) and implement fixes• Own on-page SEO: schema, meta, headers, internal links, canonicals, robots/sitemaps• Monitor Search Console & Bing, resolve crawl/index issues• Power-up Dazzle’s three GBP profiles (citations, categories, GBP tech checks)Analytics & Reporting• Architect GA4 + GTM: custom events, cross-domain, enhanced conversions• Build Looker Studio dashboards for exec traffic & revenue snapshots• Implement / QA pixels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) incl. server-side tagging• Launch & analyze A/B tests with VWO / ConvertIntegrations & Automation• Design and maintain Zapier / Make scenarios linking WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Jobber, HubSpot, Slack, Gleam.ai, etc.• Document flows with diagrams & SOPs so anyone can troubleshoot• Spot manual bottlenecks and replace them with smart automationsCRO & UX Insights• Review heatmaps/session recordings (Hotjar or Clarity) to kill friction• Iterate CTAs, trust signals, booking widgets, and sales funnels to boost CVR• Partner with designers/copywriters to marry brand voice with technical best practicesSecurity & Compliance• Oversee SSL, HSTS, firewall/WAF, vulnerability scans• Manage GDPR/CCPA cookie consent & data-retention settings• Coordinate periodic penetration or plugin-security reviewsContinuous Improvement• Track Google algorithm shifts, GA4 rollouts, Zapier releases—brief team on impacts• Create SOPs, checklists, and lunch-and-learns to share knowledge• Research & pitch upgrades (headless WP, server-side GTM, new CRO tools)SKILLS

Technical Mastery

• WordPress admin + light PHP/JS/HTML/CSS debugging
• Advanced GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (or comparable BI)
• Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, Sitebulb (or similar) for audits & monitoring
• Zapier / Make (Integromat) flow building and maintenance
• Schema markup, JSON-LD, and local SEO best practices
• Familiarity with CDN, caching, image-optimization, and Core Web Vitals tuning

Data & CRO

• Comfort with A/B-testing platforms (VWO, Convert, Google Optimize legacy)
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for non-technical teammates
• Basic SQL or BigQuery chops a plus for deeper data dives

Security & Compliance

• Working knowledge of SSL, DNS, WAFs, and penetration-testing basics
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA cookie-consent and data-privacy standards

Personal Traits & Working Style

• Self-starter who loves solving puzzles and documenting solutions
• Comfortable juggling multiple sites and shifting priorities without dropping balls
• Proactive communicator—flags issues before they explode and explains tech in plain English
• Values-aligned with a queer-owned, impact-driven company culture

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• 3+ years in a technical SEO, web-development, or marketing-ops role
• Demonstrated wins improving organic traffic & conversions for service businesses
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automations (Zapier / Make)
• Experience with ActiveCampaign or HubSpot CRM automations
• Bonus: exposure to Jamstack or headless WordPress, server-side tagging, basic API development

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Colombia time (one-hour lunch)

COMPENSATION

• Full-time remote role based in Cartagena or Medellín
• Salary: 4.5 M – 6.5 M COP / month commensurate with experience
• 15 days paid time off + 18 paid holidays annually
